- The why and what of high-quality PBL characteristics and design elements
- Exploring real-world relevance and impact
- Crafting driving questions and authentic tasks
- Day 2: DESIGN – Plan with Purpose
- Agile practices for student collaboration
- Agile tools for iterative planning and flexibility
- Backward design for PBL & integrating standards and skills
- Day 3: FACILITATE – Bring to Life
- Managing the learning process (sprints, check-ins, feedback loops)
- Assessment and reflection
- Finalize and share your PBL Plan

Bari Boisvert brings over 27 years of classroom teaching and leadership experience to empower educators in competency-based and project-based learning. A dedicated mentor and Professional Learning Community (PLC) leader, she works directly with educators across New Hampshire to build authentic, empowering learning environments.
