Relationships are too important to leave to chance. Extensive research has documented that relationships are the roots of resilience and thriving for young people, and yet many organizations that serve young people from schools to out-of-school time (OST) programs underinvest in relationships. This professional learning workshop prepares staff and leaders to enhance their practice to develop strong relationships that significantly contribute to young people’s learning, growth and development.
