Leadership Through Community Co-Created Design

This virtual workshop examines trust-building within the greater community by supporting the co-creation of a more student-centered public education system that serves the needs of each student. It includes examination of and deep reflection on research and application of theories and practices of co-created design thinking in education, and probes multifaceted dimensions of educational issues and events that support lasting and sustainable change through collaborative systems development and leadership. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to design a change process within schools and/or districts through the practice of the collaborative leadership. You are encouraged to register as a team to learn together but it is not required.
