Jennifer Pomykato

Jennifer brings over 40 years of experience in public education to the NHLI board, with a strong background in student services and special education. An advocate for all students and their unique learning needs, Jennifer began her career as an elementary and high school teacher before spending the latter half as an administrator in elementary and district-level roles, while also teaching undergraduate and graduate education courses. As a district level administrator in Sanborn Regional School District, she served as a board member of the New Hampshire Special Education Administrators Association and the Hampstead Educational Foundation. Following her retirement from Sanborn, Jennifer joined the NH School Administrators Association (NHSAA) as the Director of the Student Services Center, supporting NH leaders in navigating the complex landscape of student services and special education. She often collaborated with the NH Department of Education and various agencies across New Hampshire and other states to develop effective leadership and teacher supports and policies aimed at improving student learning and achievement. Now retired from NHSAA, Jennifer looks forward to supporting the future growth of the NHLI as the organization continues to evolve and respond to the needs of our educational community here in New Hampshire.
