Jodi Kincaid Tamayoshi

Jodi Kincaid Tamayoshi serves as the Director of Educational and Operational Technologies for the New Hampshire Learning Initiative (NHLI). A foundational technical architect for the organization since 2017, Jodi leads the strategic design and management of NHLI’s digital learning ecosystem, bridging the gap between high-level pedagogy and operational infrastructure to drive statewide impact.

With over 25 years of experience across educational technology, academic operations, and corporate supply chain management, Jodi is the architect of NHLI’s “Unified Knowledge Ecosystem.” She specializes in developing permanent, scalable digital assets across platforms such as Teachable, LibGuides, and CMS environments. Her work in establishing rigorous information architecture ensures that NHLI’s innovations are preserved as accessible, high-fidelity resources for educators.

Beyond her operational leadership, Jodi partners with New Hampshire school districts to design and implement human-centric AI and technology policies. Her approach ensures that digital innovation remains grounded in pedagogical best practices and equitable access.

Jodi holds a Master of Education from Lesley University and post-graduate licensures in Library Science and Technology Education. She is a certified School Media Specialist, Technology Integrator, and Director, dedicated to institutionalizing innovation and preparing the New Hampshire workforce for success in college, career, and life.
